No setup fee. Once you've signed up we send you a point-of-sale 'badge' that customers tap on with their phones to get stamped. There is no charge for the hardware or postage. As soon as you receive it you can get going — growing your business and rewarding your customers.

We know you're busy. We've made it as easy as possible. You don't need to provide much to get started, and when your badge arrives you can start using it immediately — no setup or configuration required.

There's an admin portal showing your performance data, but you don't have to go there if you don't want to. Running IndiStamp is completely maintenance and hassle-free.

It's a small point-of-sale NFC 'badge' on a puck — a wooden disc with an IndiStamp epoxy logo on top. The NFC tag is hidden under the logo. Customers simply tap their phone on it to collect a stamp. It sits neatly on your counter and just works. It requires no batteries, no wifi, nothing.

Nothing. Using customers' individual data isn't in our business model — we don't share it with anyone or sell it to anyone. If this ever changed, we'd never do it without express permission, full transparency, and default opt-out.

Vendors use aggregated, anonymized data to understand trends and improve their services.

Customers sign up with only their phone number — fast and frictionless. They can later choose to supply stores with their email address for marketing purposes and receive a reward in return.

Great question! An independent business is one that is locally owned and controlled, and not part of a larger national or multinational chain.

A business is typically considered independent if it has most of these traits:

• Ownership: Owned by an individual, family, or small group (not a large parent company)
• Control: Key decisions (pricing, suppliers, branding) are made locally
• Scale: Usually one location or a small number of locations
• Brand autonomy: Not operating under a national chain brand

During signup, we ask businesses to self-certify that they meet our definition of an independent business. And we do check! IndiStamp is for independents only.
